Adaptive technologies in Rissolio, a dedicated value added to our customers
Packing Rissolio has invested in new productive technologies which would have allowed to add new products to its own selection and to take care of specific needs of wine producers who,for economic or production reasons, simply do not have bottling lines.
The new packaging solutions include automatic boxes wiyh "snap bottoms" and glued beehives of six vertical and horizontal bottles, with a high quality printing.
These solutions spare the producers all the operations for preparing the manual bottling, specifically the opening and the manual insertion of the hive and/or the clousure of the packaging (upper and/or lower) by means of an adhesive tape, joing togheter practicality and elegance with a minimal amount of space.
This kind of packaging comes from a die cut sheet, shaped in a way to obtaine some flaps that will be glued in a following phase, creating once deployed, a beehive preassembled inside the packaging (of the same material which the packaging is made of, more elegant and more resistant) or a box bottom glued and braided.
To the technological solutions described so far, it has been added a high definition or four-colour printing obtained by putting together some dipping rollers embellished with laser with 260 lines per square centimeter and with double hexagonal cell, capable of minimizing flows due to the distribution of ink and to have prints with a finer screen.
