Adaptive technologies in Rissolio, a dedicated value added to our customers

Packing Rissolio has invested in new productive technologies which would have allowed to add new products to its own selection and to take care of specific needs of wine producers who,for economic or production reasons, simply do not have bottling lines.
The new packaging solutions include automatic boxes wiyh "snap bottoms" and glued beehives of six vertical and horizontal bottles, with a high quality printing.
These solutions spare the producers all the operations for preparing the manual bottling, specifically the opening and the manual insertion of the hive and/or the clousure of the packaging (upper and/or lower) by means of an adhesive tape, joing togheter practicality and elegance with a minimal amount of space.
This kind of packaging comes from a die cut sheet,shaped in a way to obtaine some flaps that will be glued in a following phase, creating once deployed, a beehive preassembled inside the packaging (of the same material which the packaging is made of, more elegant and more resistant) or a box bottom glued and braided.
To the technological solutions described so far, it has been added a high definition or four-colour printing obtained by putting together some dipping rollers embellished with laser with 260 lines per square centimeter and with double hexagonal cell, capable of minimizing flows due to the distribution of ink and to have prints with a finer screen.

Warehouse & Just In Time
Taking advantage of our warehouse which covers an area of almost 1800 m₂, we can supply our customers with a storage service as well as organise and plan deliveries of finished products according to specific needs. Furthermore in order to guarantee the best service possible Imballaggi Rissolio offers a "Just in Time" solution.
This service, managed and programmed in accordance with users and carried out in a transparent manner, effectively decreases supply times and resolves problems linked to stocks at customer premises as it streamlines or even cancels their warehouse management.
Finally our vehicles or the vehicles of our trusted carriers which are fitted with hydraulic platforms for unloading are a further guarantee to ensure punctual, precise and organised deliveries at the established times in agreement with our customers based on specific needs.

Production & Logistics
American type and die-cut packaging, flexo or high definition printing in up to four colours. We satisfy your printing needs with metallic inks such as gold, silver, bronze and copper as well as with high quality pearlescent overprint varnishes and special processes that can meet the most sought after needs in the current market.
The company can create products of any shape from standard American style boxes to trays and display stands in a wide range of sizes. This makes it possible to satisfy every customer product packaging requirement and facilitate the exposure of the articles contained within with substantial benefits to consumer impact. Our production department is open to all our customers when printing an order which means that the project can meet all the established objectives fully in an extremely collaborative and transparent manner.

In line with the company "Quality Control" policy that is an integral and constant part of every single production procedure, every production line is followed by a printing manager that checks the product quality in all phases of its production to check the raw materials purchased, the various production phases and finally to ensure that the final characteristics conform to customer requirements.

Imballaggi Rissolio has developed a computer system to manage all the production functions of the company: from the single processes to logistics developments and from the warehouse to pre-production procedures.
Monitoring and meticulous planning of the work flow and various processes ensures that projects as well as the various work phases of the final product for our customer stay on schedule and in line with their established final timing.
With the support of specialised external laboratories we can check the correspondence between the agreed materials and those purchased for production if requested. This is a further guarantee for the benefit and respect of our customers.
Finally, Imballaggi Rissolio manages orders with storage possibilities of the finished product called the "Call Off" system that manages scheduled time staggered deliveries to different customer premises by constant monitoring of transportation. We are also specialised in giving technical advice on request to prevent packaging suffering damage during transportation to preserve the protective efficacy of the packaging itself.

Planning & Design
The main production process carried out by Imballaggi Rissolio starts by analysing customer needs. In this preliminary phase the choice of the most suitable raw materials to meet the specific needs of the project is of prime importance. Through a careful selection of suppliers, Imballaggi Rissolio can use a vast range of paper available on the world market both in terms of virgin fibre and regenerated paper which all have different physical and mechanical characteristics.

The composition of the cardboard sheet (our raw material) derives from the mechanical union of the combination of the paper listed below:

The combination of the above paper makes it possible to obtain corrugated fibreboard with different physical and chemical properties to suit the needs of every single type of packaging and transportation.
The Planning & Design phase continues with the creation of the first sample packaging, scrupulously checking the correctness of the size and the mechanical efficiency of content protection.
We closely follow the entire procedure that leads to the creation of a packaging that meets the requirements perfectly: from project development to a suitable feasibility study; from defining an efficient design to professional prototyping.
